Work stress, a diagnosis, current events, relationships and family, past trauma, the pace of modern life…everyday we are pushed and pulled by stressors and challenges. How do we meet these in a grounded, centered way? Is it possible to remain poised as we face the difficulties of life?
The teachings of mindfulness meditation offer insights and guidance on how we can bring steadiness to our hearts and minds even as we meet challenging circumstances, and how we can stay connected to ourselves and others through simple but profound practices.
Join us for a day of teachings and meditations that guide us towards steadiness, calm and connection right where we are. The day will include teachings and meditation sessions, with the option of practicing noble silence for those who are interested.
